In an event titled NVIDIA Editors Day 2017 in San Francisco, a graphics card that the long-awaited arrival was announced officially: GeForce 1080 GTX Ti. This graphics card will replace the GeForce 1080 GTX, and the class is intended for users who want high-performance enthusiast, at least 35% higher than the 1080 GTX reference specification, according to NVIDIA claims.⠀Configuration CUDA Cores in 1080 GTX Ti is quite interesting, because the same amount of X Titan Pascal (28SM, 3584 CUDA). The difference here is the Titan X Pascal has a configuration memory with 384-bit bus width GDDR5X and 96 ROP units, while the 1080 GTX Ti 'only' has a 352-bit, with 88 ROP units. NVIDIA GPU clockspeed not give details, but merely states that the GPU Boost clock would easily touch the 1.6 Ghz (1582Mhz to be precise), and can reach 2 GHz with Overclock.⠀Configuration memory bus GDDR5X number 'unique' this produces the amount of Video RAM 11GB, but running at speeds 10% higher than GDDR5X in 1080 GTX and 1080 GTX Titan X is equipped with a rating of 10Gbps GDDR5X (1250Mhz), while the existing GDDR5X in 1080 GTX Ti uses a speed of 11 Gbps (1375Mhz).⠀NVIDIA reference cooler version (founders) which is claimed to provide cooling performance 5 C lower for the same noise rating. Although the temperature of the graph shown, seemingly the target temperature of 1080 GTX Ti still exist in numbers 80C's.⠀With the release of the GTX 1080 Ti, GTX 1080 will be valued at the price of USD 499, while the GTX 1080 Ti will be placed at number 699 USD.
